The Argentinian judge Claudio Bonadio asked for the remove of the ex-president Christina Fernandez de Kirchner from her function of senator and by the way to use the national authority to bring her to police custody.

The judge request was contextualized in the complaint deposed in 2015 by the dead Argentinian lawyer Alberto Nisman. This one was accusing the Senator Kirchner to cover the members of 2013’s terrorist attack against the AMIA (Asociación Mutual Israelita Argentina) which is a Jewish community center. In the same time, Nisman accused Iran to have an influence in this terrorist attack.

The dead prosecutor’s request was rejected by two national tribunal. Nisman had no proof of all those allegations. How over, since the arrival in power of Mauricio Macri, the court of cassation reopened the case. The progressive side of the country sees the situation as persecution. They also believe that the investigation of this case is in a political and interest scenario from outside. This is due to the fact that Buenos Aires and Teheran signed a deal to clarify the terrorist attacks facts. The ICSFT believes in fact that this act against Miss Kirchner is a contextualized in the world upheaval that’s currently happening in the world, where the powerful search to protect their economic interest without considered the consequences.

The ICSFT think that the government of Mister Macri established politics that violate the right state and the Argentinian democracy. The last universal periodical evaluation done by the UN for the Argentinian government in Geneva is the proof. The forced disappearance and the death of the young leader Santiago Maldonado and the arbitrary arrest of the native American Parliamentary Milagro Sala, the political persecution, the torture committed against the defenders of Human Right, some journalist and other who don’t think like the government, despite that the arrest mandate against the ex-president who decided to follow a different path than the US one, make people unsatisfied and make them feel living in an Argentina where they are always watched.

The ICSFT calls the Argentinian government to respect the Universal Human Right Declaration and the Civil and Political Declaration which warranty the right of all to express an opinion and ideas freely. The organization also calls the international community to not close their eyes on this situation. The ICSFT considered that ignored this situation is a complicity with the movements which today make the world in a warlike, miserable and sad situation for humanity.
