International Council Supporting Fair Trial and Human Rights strongly denounce this immoral crime against 37 Saudi citizens with unfair trials, and stresses the needful to investigate on this criminal act by UN bodies under the supervision of the Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial executions. Saudi Arabia has no right to deprive its citizens of the right to life. The right that God has given to human cannot be loot it for any reason.

We were expected, that the names of Maher Al motreb or Salah Al-Tabaiqi or Saud al-Qahtani or Ahmad al-Asiri, despite the recognition of the highest levels of Saudi Arabia authorities to kill journalist Jamal Khashoggi is present in the judgments. But the 37 martyrs are seen by Saudi Arabia the most dangerous and they threat their security by their peaceful claiming their rights. This confirms that the aim of the executions is to silence any voice trying to criticize the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and repress all whom criticize him.

The Council affirms that the Saudi authorities and Mohammed bin Salman are not the only ones responsible for this crime. Everybody or in the international community that has Inaction from its role in protecting those innocent people and protect their rights is also a partner in this death penalty.

ICSFT call on to isolate Mohammed bin Salman internationally and limit his political activity, which is a threat the international peace and security, and put an end to the provisions of the Saudi authorities outside the law and force them to abolish the death penalty fully and surely without any exceptional cases where Saudi Arabia finds a way to return to its implementation of death penalty.

We also appeal to all countries that can hand over Mohammed bin Salman to the International Criminal Court, and Do not be complacent in this matter, which can save the lives of thousands of opponents who await their unknown fate so far ...
