Syria fights terrorism

   

The Council is also deeply concerned about the suffering of the population in the occupied Syrian Golan and that the human rights there continue to be violated daily, with the emphasis that Israel's decision to impose its laws, jurisdiction and administration in the occupied Syrian Golan is absolutely null, and void and has no international legal effect on the basis of Security Council resolution 497 (1981) of 17 December 1981.
